Missed Appointment & Late Cancellation Policy

We value your time and strive to provide all of our patients with the highest level of care and service. In order to do so efficiently, we have implemented the following policy regarding missed appointments and cancellations without adequate notice.

Missed Appointment / Late Cancellation Fee

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you notify our office at least 24 hours in advance.

Failure to do so will result in a Missed Appointment Fee of $50.00, which will be billed directly to you. This fee is not billable to insurance and must be paid prior to scheduling any future appointments.

Why This Policy Is Important

  • Appointments are reserved exclusively for you.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows prevent other patients from accessing care.
  • Your timely notice allows us to offer your time slot to another patient in need.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call our office at: 📞 603-926-5471

New patients who miss a second appointment may not reschedule.

If more than one family member on the same day misses or cancels without adequate notice, we will need to schedule future appointments for each family member on separate days.
