Coronavirus Update
To all of our patients:
We understand that this is a concerning and unsettling time for all, and we ask for your patience, cooperation, and understanding. The health and safety of our community, patients and staff is of the utmost importance to all of us. Hampton Eyecare Associates, P.A. has decided per CDC recommendations that we will be rescheduling appointments for all non-urgent patients. Our plan is still to remain open with a limited staff to answer phone calls and schedule any emergency and urgent care patients only. If you have orders for glasses or contact lens orders with us, we can ship them to your home or work, or we can schedule you to come and pick them up here at the office.
All patients will be required to have a scheduled appointment so we can safely spread out the number of patients arriving to the office.
Once you are here for a pickup, please call (603)-926-5471 from the parking lot and we will bring them to your car. If you are picking up new glasses, we will do any necessary frame adjustments after the Coronavirus problem has resolved.
If you have an appointment, we ask that you not bring any family members with you. If you must bring a family member with you, they need to remain in the car unless the patient can’t care for themselves (child, etc.).
For patients with emergency/urgent care needs, we are spreading out patient appointments to maintain “social distancing”. We have removed most of the chairs and all magazines from the front area. We disinfect all surfaces several times a day.
Our office hours will be as follows going forward for now but, are subject to change.
SATURDAY and SUNDAY: WE WILL BE CLOSED
MONDAY thru FRIDAY 9:00am-5:00pm and we will be closed during the lunch hour 12-1
We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. We will continue to keep you updated to any changes in our hours or any updates to the above policies as we go. Please be safe and stay at home whenever possible.
